Office ventilation
We are contracted to service and maintain ventilation systems for many office premises and we work for several major city centre property groups such as Bruntwood.

Large scale ventilation contracts include the Legal Services offices in Manchester city centre and also the Open University offices in Manchester.
We are contracted to Marks & Spencer for the complete range of air conditioning, refrigeration and servicing.

Local Government Premises Ventilation
Cool & Heat service and maintain the ventilation supply and extraction systems for many of Lancashire County Council's premises. We also have several commitments with Preston Borough Council, including the annual fire damper test and inspection at the Guild Hall.
