Close Control Air Conditioning
For Marks & Spencer's call centres we install close control air conditioning
in the communications and computer rooms.

At the Beardwood Hospital in Blackburn we are contracted to maintain the close control air conditioning and chiller systems in two operating theatres. Close control in such applications can be critical to the success of the operations performed.
Office Comfort Cooling
We have a strong position in office air conditioning.
We have installed and maintain comfort cooling in the offices of Hampsons
Bakers, Sun Micro in Manchester, Statestrong in Lytham St Annes and in
the Guild Hall for Preston Borough Council.
We have installed and maintain air conditioning in a number of colleges such as the Cardinal Newman College in Preston.
Cool & Heat also design, install and maintain air conditioning systems for hotels. For the Dalmeney hotel in Lytham St Annes we installed a comprehensive system including air conditioning for the hotel rooms, leisure centre, swimming pool and three restaurants. We also installed the refrigeration system for the kitchens, bars and walk in cold rooms.
Facilities Management Air Conditioning Contracts
Cool & Heat is contracted to several major facilities management companies
to maintain the air conditioning systems of their clients. These include
Dalkia, for whom we are the nominated air conditioning contractor for
the North West, Integral and Carillian

Drax Power Station
Drax is the largest coal fired power station in Europe. Here we install
and maintain systems for comfort cooling in the offices and also process
control air conditioning.
Process control air conditioning
The computer rooms, control rooms and communications rooms must all be
maintained at critically controlled levels of temperature and humidity
for optimum performance.
We also installed and maintain a C02 cooling system which cools some areas
of the plant.
